1.1 Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data The purpose of data processing is the fulfillment of public tasks assigned to us by law, particularly the provision of public information.

The legal basis for processing your data, unless otherwise stated, is Article 4 (1) of the Bavarian Data Protection Act (BayDSG) in conjunction with Article 6 (1) subparagraph 1 (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Accordingly, we are permitted to process the data necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

1.2 Recipients of Personal Data The technical operation of our data processing systems is carried out by Buero Barth.
